Where does this small tube hook up

Hi there, and sorry in advance for the dumb question, but I found a small
diameter nylon tube (smaller than the one for the windshield washers) that
hooks up to nothing. It is on the right side of the engine bay, and hooks into
a "T" fitting near the strut tower, and the other two parts go up in the rain
tray and out into the front fender near the blinker. It may be a remnant from
the (removed) AC and I'll likely figure it out tomorrow when I have more time
to fish around, but thought someone would point me in the right direction.
Serves me right for trying to clean the pounds of undercoating out of the
engine bay. TIA, Cathy
