where's the small tube go?

Hi there. I have a small tube that is not attached to anything, and want to
know what it does and where it goes. My guess is something to do with "climate
control" Anyway, it is a small diameter nylon tube, attached to a "T" fitting
that is near the right stut tower, and the other two ends go under the rain
tray and into the front fender near the turn signal. The loose end fairly
long, but I don't see anything to attach it to. Is it a residual from the
(removed) AC system? I never noticed it before, serves me right for spending
the day scraping (literal) pounds of undercoating from the engine bay. I
thought I sent this once, so sorry if it is a double post, and as always,
thanks for your patience and assistance.
