Rabbit parts going on 16V scirocco

my questions are, can i put neuspeed sof sports that came off of a rabbit 
onto my scirocco 16v without having any rubbing or bouncing problems? and how 
much will it lower my car considering the weight? will the front be higher or 
lower than the rear? thanks
