They probably did their test at 13.5V. Assuming that basically resistance 
isn't changing between 12.45 and 13.5V I get that the low has 2.008 ohm and 
the high has 1.886 ohm resistance. At 13.5V this flows 6.72A at low and 7.16 
for high. 90.72W low, 96.66W high. Not so much a lie as a stretch of the 
imagination. :-) Nice to see that Hella do their tests at a more "realistic" 
voltage.

Great test though. I think many aftermarket suppliers sell 100/130 bulbs. ND 
has them in their catalog. Try Potterman.
