sunroof questions...

I have a couple of questions:
1.  is there a glass roof size that will just slid nicely into the hole in
my roof of my 88 16v?
2.  another thing, does anybody out there have a sunroof seal for one of
those?  mine is all torn to shit, and i was told onece that the seal form
the stealership is ~$80.
