Seat Sticking... a possible answer

I had that problem when I moved my seats back to work under the dash, the seat
where stuck back in position until the brain kicked in, and I used the up/down
level on teh side of the seat and pop the seat up all the way, it slides very
nicely then , reset seat and adjudt the up/down again... no problems... but I
also used grease on the rail, 
its easy to do, remove bolt remove seat clean rails grease rails, put seat back
in.
