This Scirocco is probially one of the most fun cars to drive in its stock
condition of the entire Scirocco line.......prior or since.  I purchased the
79 with 4 speed new.  It had approx 105  hp and could top end at about 109
mph.  Getting to top end was fast and fun.  Driving in city or in  the
country with all the twisties was great.  The price is right if it is in
good condition...wish I could buy it.  It was my first Scirocco and I have
been driving them non stop  since.
