As someone who has hung around those forums since their inception, and posted
an insane amount of drivel there myself, I must concur with you 100% - I
think your obversation is spot-on.  The place is a breeding ground for the
young, affluent, know-it-all crowd, where stuff like 2-liter Jetta 4's (ever
drive a 3000 lb car with 115 hp?!) loaded with huge subs, Playstations in the
dash, and $2000 HID headlight kits are all held in high esteem..  arrrgh!

We have nothing to prove, we proved it last year at ND.  And we'll prove it
again this year, with an even bigger turnout.. :D
