RE: how is this setup



Make sure you read the SCCA rules before doing ANYTHING, especially if you
plan to run DSP through this whole transformation. You might become illegal
in DSP either in the "After That" section (I know larger rotors are illegal,
but can you go from non-vented to vented?) or in the "Finally" section (did
the Mk1 ever come with a JH? If not, it's illegal. I also don't know what TT
does to GTI heads, but Street Prep. rules are pretty restrictive on head
mods).

My only other recommendation is that, if you want even a remote chance to be
competitive early in your transformation, move the wheels/tires up the list
as far as possible. Without them, you'll likely be 2-5 seconds off the pace,
no matter what else you've done.
