I don't know if this applies to JCWhitney bulbs,....but Dirk sent my bulbs
to me for my Euro lights.  They are Phillips ......."All-Weather?"  I have
since then bought a set of Hella's and tried them......I've got my Phillips
bulbs back in if that counts for anything.
