Been reading this thread

The rear 3 point belts in my 91 UK model are not reel belts. They are fixed 
without retractors and you adapt them to size with clips.

They are excellent because it means i can strap my 6 yr old to the rear seat 
giving only a small amount of movement which has come in handy when i got 
hit from behind on the side she was sitting rather hard (I'll post the 
piccies one day) and even though the seat/shelf/floorplan moved forward she 
didn't have a scratch.

I've never seen a UK model with rear reel belts only fronts
