I am Scirocco-less no more!

I picked up a 1981 Scirocco S tonight, with Koni Shocks (yes, it rides
stiff, whoa), Neuspeed springs, and sway bars (front and rear), and a
Neuspeed throttle body.  It's been sitting for 2 years, so it needs an oil
change, a tune up, a new battery to replace the weak one in now.  The only
rust I could find, was a spot on the front driver's side fender, won't take
but 10 minutes to remove.

Looks like a PO did a shit job with the radio install though, wires galore
under the dash.  Runs nicely, however.

115k miles, and I got it for $900 - with a Bentley, and another book about
the MKI 'roccos. 

Yes, I'm happy, time to go drive some twisties tomorrow. :-)
