RE: bulb for key
Yeah. It is supposed to help you find the door lock in the dark so you don't
scratch your paint trying to put the key in. If you already have the
non-lighted key with the big plastic base, you can kind of see a notch in
the base just above where the metal exits the key. On the lighted model,
there's a tiny bulb there, and there is a button on the side to turn it on.
It's powered by a watch battery, IIRC.
