Assembly Lube Recommendations

Anyone out there have advice on the best brand of assembly lube?

I picked up my parts from the machine shop last Saturday and I'm ready to
rebuild my motor. I want to do everything right since this is my first
engine re-build, so I want to make sure that I use the best assembly lube.
The guy at the machine shop gave me some stuff that he likes, but I would
like recommendations from everyone on the list.
