yeah, bounce the people's messages until they friggin' learn.  The HTML
junk only bothers be a little, as generally, I don't even bother trying
to read it...as it's normally in tiny little letters and blue colored
of all things.  Yeech.  We've discussed it a bunch of times, and people
keep doing it, some people just don't seem to get it.
