This is true!! However, you must also take into consideration the weight of
the car. If you are putting it into an early A1 (Scirocco, Rabbit, etc.)
then I would defineately go with the 1.8 head. If in a larger car (MK2, A2,
etc.) you may want to do a little porting on the 2.0L then some cams and try
it out. Won't hurt either way since you have both and can swap them around
if necessary! HTH!!
