My brother got them for his Talon.  They are not blue and are not tinted blue 
like most of them.   They are VERY white.  I think this might be what you are 
looking for.  When compared to normal lights the normal lights look yellow in 
comparison.  But this won't help you much because I don't know what they are 
or who makes them,  but they are out there.:)  I will ask my bro when I see 
him later today.  peace
