[help] replacing front motor mount, maybe rear?

hey all-

i'm gonna replace the front motor mount tomorrow, and having inspected it a 
little today it looks like i'll need a hex wrench to replace the upper bolt 
on the bracket (next to the oil filter). it looks like it's gonna be a pain 
in the ass to get to. is this true?? any hints?

also, some folks from the list (thanks to all) mentioned that my rear mount 
might be bad as well.. so i looked underneath the car and took some 
pictures. from visual inspection they look fine, though you would know better.

ground.
