Damn... That's like $300...

For that kind of money, you can buy a welder, materials, and plenty of
beer...

To do it properly, you have to unbolt a lot of stuff, like the
M/cyl/brake booster assy, but it really isn't that bad...

A fabricated steel plate with a hole for the clutch cable, welded over
the ripped part should do it.
I'd make it extra wide, so that it doesn't tear it up again...
