Peter,

This car was at waterfest.. it was the one that was reving the shat out of 
itself.. i heard that he ended up blowing the engine, or the turbo from over 
reving.  I think he showed up with a possy of a few other dubbers with the 
same stickers.. i believe there was a yellow cabbie done up the same way.
