RE: #!$*head owners (sorry)
I
understand completely. In fact I was sitting in line at a local fast food place
in my 'sweet but needs a lil TLC' 87 16v. When this had to be about 16 year old
kid pulls up next to me in a red 16v that was prettier than any I've seen in
person in a long damn time. The thing was cherry from front to back. Looked
brand new, I mean brand new. he just looked at mine and shook his head...I
thought, you'll see ya lil punk. he didnt seem to even know what he had. My
guess is pops picked it up for him out of his own love for the the roc and just
hopes his son will dig it like he would. he prolly hopes his son wont like it so
he can have it. Anyway, I just got a new bumper mount so my bumpers are finally
back on. Now I am going for the lil frame shop deal. And lemme ask while I'm
babbling. Where would I got to 1. get my rims refurbished and polished, 2. get a
new headliner for roof and sunroof both. Thanx in advance, and sorry for my
little propaganda style disclaimers laid out by the company I work for in the
bottom of my mail.

My apologies to all who don't have the funds to fix their rides
that may be a
little rough around the edges and may have found my comments
offensive.
Considering the age and going price of these cars most of the
ones I see are
being driven by young kids who's idea of lowering a car
means stickin 13x10
wheels on it that stick out 4" beyond the fenders and
then have the kahoneys
to put a Neuspeed sticker and a coffee can tip on
the back.
