It's more then likely the blower fan resister package. It's replaceable
as a unit, and I think it can be accessed from the rain tray by
removing the blower cage. Anybody else got the info on exactly how
to get at the resisters? If it's not via the rain tray, it's ugly and
up in the dash...and I just addressed cleaning electrical contacts in
a previous email.
