[tech] Electrical Buzzing Noise

Allo,

    I'm getting a buzzing noise from my steering column, near the left hand
blinker switch.  It doesnąt happen for any particular reason.  I'm not
having any electrical problems, except my horn works intermittently.  Any
thoughts? It can be rather loud sometimes, almost sounding like a bee or a
wasp (no its not either one of those really!)
