My rocco still overheats!

I tested my fans today and they work properly. My rocco's normal operating 
temp has allways been 80C though i had my rocco once operating hotter that 
that using a non 16v oil filter replacement (temp 100C). I thought of 
replacing the fan assambley by the one on the MK3 models with dual fan 
blades.
