16v Won't Pull to Redline

My 16v Scirocco stops pulling at about 6,500 rpm. I have a 2.0L with a 2.0L
head, Autotech cam set, TT adjustable cam gear, K&N filter, TT power module,
TT downpipe w/cat, and TT exhaust with super turbo muffler. After about
6,500 rpm it just levels off up to redline. What could my problem be? I
thought the power module would correct this, but it didn't!?!? TIA
