Brett,
You are correct and incorrect. The Euro version has the 10MM studs and a 
larger flange but not the same. The Euro version has not hole for the O2 
sensor, the exhaust test tube is completely missing and is shaped somewhat 
differently. The ports though are about the same but have more room for 
porting. I have pics of my old one if somebody would like to see them.
