If you decide to fix it......

Clean the tracks really well with brake cleaner or some equally harsh toxic
grease cutter.  Above, below, runners, hinges, everywhere.  Gently work it
back and forth a little while it's soaked with cleaner to get every molecule
of crap cleaned out.

This is important ----> USE SILICON SPRAY LUBE  it's recommended in the
Bentley.  I used it and the sunroof now glides like it's not even there.
Grease of any kind will be too heavy and you'll break something again.
