What's Off Topic and What's not?

We have a very loose charter, this 'club' of ours. I see a lot of post
lately and I must commend our collective use of the [OT] header. But
I've been reading them and most all of them qualify under On Topic,
perhaps it isn't about a stock Scirocco but it still is A1,
transplantable, water-cooled, usable info.

So, keep up the good work, but don't sell yourselves short as to what is
Off Topic and not.
