That 16V in Kansas that wasn't as advertised

I'm looking for the person that drove a long distance
to purchase a red 16V in Kansas last year and found
that the car was nothing as promised.... ie it didn't
have the swaybars etc that had been listed by the
seller.   In an odd stroke of luck today at a dyno-day
visit with the NC club H20 guys I met the guy that had
been selling that car.  If you were the buyer then
email me.  later!
