Believe it or not, but when I ran this in my 1.8T golf it idled
smoother, got better gas mileage and the radiator fan didn't kick on as
much in traffic. I'm running Mobil 1 right now, it seems ok, but it
doesn't run as cool as it did with the royal purple(a tiny amount on the
temp gauge..) The turbo also seemed happier with royal purple. I'm going
to try amsoil 0w-30 next.
