options codes and sales campaigns for the scirocco Mk II

(editor's notes are in {} )

Immediately following the options are the special sales campaigns (AKA
editions) that lump some of these options together.

I don't know if these options are absolutely complete (for example, was
a split back seat standard equipment?), however it's what's listed in the
MSP pages of EPC.  Perhaps if this info isn't already available on
