What weight oil did you use, what kind, and what is the normal temp
range in your part of the world right now?

Which sensor did you change?

We don't yet now enough to say. btw- Did you change the oil filter with
the oil? Did you use FRAM or what brand?

Can you here the squeal when sitting still but engine running? Does the
noise vary if you rev the engine? Does it change in pitch the faster you
go? 

Your car, does it have power steering? A/C?
