I'll add my $0.02 here as well.
I have Kumho Ecsta 712's on my other car. They work about 95%
as well as the Yoko AVSi's they replaced, but I am looking to get at least
double the life from them, based on wear so far (6k miles, two AutoX) and
other's results. I'm sold.
Cheers,
Christian

You can get some really great tires in the price range you are
looking and frankly I don't think that Kumho's will do the trick.
I have some Kumho's on my 14's. I
don't think I would have bought them at the time, but I used them because
they were free. But, I would definitely buy Kumhos again. They have
excellent wet and dry traction along with decent treadwear. Next time I
buy tires, they will most likely be Kumhos.
