Options LIst on Tag versus known Options the car has.

I know I sound like a broken record by now, worrying about such a thing as what
the options listed on the tag of the trunk versus the known options my car has
(visible)
but it came to me that during the years the scirocco was made (possible
exception the 16v, probably not), if all the rocco owners can look at their
tags of options (if they have it) and also list the options the car has
eventually we can all figure out what the damn codes mean. ( and I dont mean to
burden the mailing list with this)

If all of you would be so kind to EMAIL ME your option codes and the options
you know your car has
I will try to sort out the options code myself.

why do I want to do this, simple, I need to know what options my car had
originally for me to restore it back to
its original grandeur. simple eh?

What am I talking about : in the trunk you will find a tag (if the car was not
repainted) a label indicating option codes (ie: D01, D13, D73, W05, 002, 352,
560,647 etc. )
and what you know your car has (sunroof, power windows, auto-tranny etc etc)

The factory options you must indicate are the foillowing : Air conditioning ,
Auto Transmission, cruise control , power steering , power lock, power windows
, am/fm/cass Radio , sunroof, leather upholstery, rear window wiper/washer and
metalic paint.

And since I found out what options were available, being the complete list of
options possible, for the rocco's I am going to try to deduct items from one
car versus the others and hope I will be able to discover the codes that way.
