YES! I had a G-grind solid lifter cam go flat. (#3 exhaust lobe to be
exact.)

Yeah, since they use the VW chill-hardened billet they don't have any
problems. Its their other source of solid lifter billets they had
problems with. Ive heard they were going to change this practice but ive
not given them the time to find out if they did or not.
FWIW, I have a USED Neuspeed 260 cam in my GLi for the last 4 years
without ANY problems with the cam. I also have a used NS 272 cam in my
solid lifter 84 Roc, also without problems for a year now. (Its got other
issues but you know.. )

That's the kind of arrogance I expect from them. typical.
I bought the "Other cams" because of the failure with HIS cam, WTF.
You do get what you pay for and as I said, I bought the other cams for
just a little more than Autoyech's new price and they spec'd out
perfectly and have been trouble free for alot longer than their NEW cam
did. His NEW $99 cam failed within a year. I got my moneys worth? I sure
did! NOT.....................!!
Ive already got a "prior history" thing against Autoyech anyways. Its
shit like this that just builds my loyalty to the 'OTHER" vendors.
They've never shown any loyalty to me which is why I haven't been back in
a very-very long time.
They would be my #2 on my "places to never buy parts from, if at all
possible", list.
That's just me tho.
