Re: Bent Valve, Too High Revs!!



Remember, people, stiffer valves springs won't gain one bit of power by
themselves.  1) IF they let you run a "hotter" cam 2)at higher revs
3)without floating the valves, then they might allow your engine to produce
more horsepower by utilizing the benefits of a hot cam.   But, alone,
stiffer springs will do no more than increase friction, costing power and
increasing valvetrain wear.  Caveat emptor/No free lunch.
