MM Tech Procedure

I want to replace all four motor mounts on the 16V Scirocco (86 MKII).
Anyone have a tech procedure posted or just plain 'ol fashioned advice
for doing this job?
Is there any paticular order they should be attempted?
How long might it take for somebody whose never tried this before?
I realize the front MM is pretty staight forward, but I've heard of having 
to lower the engine on a jack to go at the passenger side mount, so maybe 
the front MM should be done last.
