    Umm, person going straight has right of way. Person turning must yield.
This happened to me in a buick (before my scirocco days). As long as you
were within speed limit and were too close to stop in time, you're good.
    If it was always you're fault when "YOU hit someone", i would get
comp+collision on a really expensive car and just pull it out in front of
moving traffic. I'd make a fortune and buy every used scirocco i could find!
