Re: Stroker Crank
Kervin,
I believe that is a stroker crank (90.5mm) for the earlier E and F series
motors with the 76.5mm & 79.5mm cranks.
For Example:
PL/JH/RD - (stock 1.8L 16V & 8V) 86.4mm stroke/81mm bore = 1781cc
My Techtonics Tuning motor 86.4mm stroke/82.5mm bore = 1847cc
PL/JH/RD+ that stroker 90.5mm stroke/81mm bore = 1865cc
9A - (stock 2.0L 16V) 92.8mm stroke/82.5mm bore = 1984cc
It would give you a nice healthy motor by putting it in a stock 1.8L.
Installing a stock un-modified 2.0L would probably be a better tho' IMO.
HTH,
Randy
