calloway sway/lower stress bar combo

i found an odd looking lower stress bar that integrated the front 
sway bar on an A1 jetta at a local yard today .......pretty heavy 
duty in construction...had a piece of angle bar that went across the 
2 points at the front control arm mounts......heavy duty mounts that 
go into the control arms (bolted into the stock bracket locations) 
and it also had cups for the rear sway bar...

it looked a litle homemade, but definitely great design concept.......

anyone know if this is the calloway model that was used on some of 
their early turbo cars......i know john vanvuren had one of 
these.........thought he passed it onto another lister.......anyone 
seen a bar of this design?
