Quaife or coilover? Opinions, please...

OK, your opinion needed here!
 
All the following apply...bear with me...

If you:
- had about $800 to spend, and 
- had to pull your 4K tranny to replace a rear main seal, and 
- needed an AGB tranny for SCCA rules, and 
- had one, needing a rebuild, which you could do, and
- knew you could sell your rebuilt 4K w/ bolt-kit and 0.80 5th gear for
good money, and 
- also needed a suspension upgrade (have Bilstein HD's and mystery race
springs, and
- were desiring to build a mainly-autocross (SP) car...

would you do the suspension or the Quaife?

(Pete, you know about this already).
