No F'n way, they may have a leg to stand on if the url
is VW or VWGTI or even VWSCIROCCO, but there is no way
in hell that they have the term for a mediterainian
desert wind copyrighted. I don't think this one would
stand up in court. They would have to sue every
manufacturer of products with the name "Scirocco"
also. What the hell do they expect people to name
there damn web site? coolcar.org? I mean give me a
break! This crap has gone beyond ridiculous.
