You go to the yard and grab:
1. Dist
2. Electronic 'computer', from rain tray, w/ heat sink and idle
stabilizer if present.
3. Loom. You will have to snip one wire out of the loom that remains
behind but it's no big del. (I mean to say there is a few wires that
cross over each other, some will remain in the car and the loom you
want will need to be freed from it.)
4. Coil but I have heard folks get by w/ the old one.
Mounting the electronics in the stock location can be troublesome but
you can do what I did for Al's 78; black silicon and a clean spot.
Firm pressure for a few hours and voile.
There is a purple (violet) and white wire coming from the fuse box
through the fire wall and it needs to be trimmed close and replaced
with a regular wire, it has a resistive value only meant for points
equipt cars.
That should do it,
