Re: What is the best color for a paint job?



IMHO, keep it the same color. It's too much of a pain to change the 
color, door jambs, engine bay, trunk, etc. You have to spend a lot of 
time to make it look right, even if the colors are similar. A friend of 
mine had an 80 Scirocco that was a nice metallic green. kind of a money 
green. he went and painted it white and it was terrible. he just painted 
the body and it looked stupid when he opened a door, hood, etc. another 
scirocco ruined. weep.
