Re: Bad Wheel Bearing?
Hmmm....I have the same thing going on on my Cabby, opposite side
though. It's once/rev of the wheel, like grrrrind-pop!grrrrrind-pop!
*only* when reversing with the wheel turned (in my case turned to the
left).
This started on my car when I swapped in a different tranny, so it
might be a) a bad/worn driveaxle flange or bearing, b) a bad CV that
somehow began misbehaving when I swapped the tranny, maybe the
manipulation of the joint buggered something, or c) who knows?
I don't think it's wheel bearings, though. Please advise is you find
what's going on.
