A trick I've used before when trying to hold a hex key with
sickenly high force, is to pop a 10mm deep socket on a 10 inch
3/8 extension and use it as a lever with the free arm of the
hex key in the end of the socket.  Cheater bar for hex keys. :)

Use with caution, as it is possible to strip out the hex fitting...
