The seat adjusters are just held on with a phillups screw.  Can't be a
beast to remove as it will want to move the seat as you turn.  I would
suggest doing that till the seat is all the way layed back, then you
should start getting enough resistance to get the lil bugger out.  Just
reverse the process for putting it back up but be careful you don't
crack the new adjuster.
