In Seattle everyone stops driving when it rains (REALLY I'm not shittin ya) 
not to mention what happens when it snows. I am not saying that everyone 
stays home I'm saying that everyione thinks they can drive but quickly 
realizes that they have overestimated themselves and procedes to drive 
slower than a Diesel Rabbit w/a blown headgasket. People are angry and we 
have the second worst congestion in the nation.

Stupid fuckers.
