Zack,
Sounds like a court case to me. He will crumble under oath, guaranteed, and
you will get $$ for another rocco. (provided you were within the speed limit
at the time).
You can easily proove to the court that you wouldnt intentionally drive into
a car that was 'sitting there for about a minute'.
