Ok, got the dash in, but turn signals and hi beams don't work

Well, I don't know if they worked before I swapped the
dash, but they're not working now.  I may have caused
this myself because I didn't unhook the negative
terminal of the battery before I disconnected
everything...

Lo beams work just fine, hi beams don't work at all. 
Tried a friends headlite and it didn't work either.  I
haven't checked the fuse yet tho.

The turn signals also don't work.  The turn indicator
lite is dimly lit all the time, when it flip the stalk
it lites up brightly, but doesn't turn on and off and
the turn signals don't lite at all either.  Is the
relay bad?

Additionally my blower fan doesn't seem to have alot
of power, even on '4' it blows weakly...

Other than that, the new dash is great!!  No cracks,
and I didn't bleed too much getting the speedo cable
unhooked and reattached.  Man, was that a bitch.

Thanks for all the emails and phone calls advising me
how to take the dash out...
